Tumpang Lontong Recipe

- 1 cup of diced tofu
- 1 cup of diced tempeh
- 1 cup of diced chicken
- 1 cup of diced beef
- 1 cup of diced shrimp
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Special equipment needed:
- Steamer
- Banana leaves
- String

Step-by-step instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, water, salt, and sugar. Mix well until the batter is smooth.

2. Add grated coconut, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, fennel powder, and chili powder to the batter. Mix well.

3. In a pot, heat vegetable broth and add diced carrots, potatoes, and green beans. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

7. Spoon the batter into the banana leaf cones, filling them halfway.

8. Steam the banana leaf cones for 20 minutes or until the batter is cooked through.

9. Remove the banana leaf cones from the steamer and let them cool.

10. Once cooled, remove the string and carefully slide the tumpang lontong out of the banana leaf cones.
