Tom Yum Fried Noodles Recipe

- 2 tbsp. of tom yum paste
- 2 tbsp. of fish sauce
- 1 tbsp. of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Soak the dried rice noodles in hot water for 10 minutes until they are soft. Drain and set aside.
