Tofutti Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 1 package of lasagna noodles
- 1 container of Tofutti Better Than Ricotta Cheese
- 1 package of vegan ground beef substitute
- 1 jar of vegan marinara sauce
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 cups of vegan mozzarella cheese, shredded

Step-by-step instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.

13. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
14. Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before serving.
