Tempeh Tongseng Recipe

- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
- 1 lemongrass, bruised
- 1 tomato, cut into wedges
- 1 cup of cabbage, sliced thinly
- 1 cup of green beans, cut into 2-inch pieces

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat.
2. Add the garlic, shallots, and red chilies. Sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the tempeh and stir-fry until lightly browned.
4. Add the water, coconut milk, salt, sugar, tamarind paste, ground coriander, ground cumin, kaffir lime leaves, and lemongrass. Stir well.
