- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
