Spicy Methi Chutney Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 2 cups fresh fenugreek leaves (methi)
- 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 2-3 green chillies
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
- 1 tsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
