Spicy Chapo Burritos Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Special equipment needed:
- Large skillet
- Wooden spoon
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Cutting board and knife
- Aluminum foil

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

2. Add the onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

4. Add the black beans and salsa to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

5. To assemble the burritos, lay a tortilla on a piece of aluminum foil. Spoon some of the rice onto the center of the tortilla, followed by some of the beef and bean mixture. Sprinkle with some of the shredded cheese and chopped cilantro.

6. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Wrap the burrito tightly in the aluminum foil.

7. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

8. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the wrapped burritos on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until heated through and the cheese is melted.
