Smoked Egg and Chorizo Burrito Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup diced chorizo
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Special equipment needed:
- Smoker or smoking gun (optional)

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Preheat your smoker or smoking gun according to manufacturer's instructions.

2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until well beaten. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chorizo, onion, and bell pepper and cook until the chorizo is browned and the vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes.

4. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and scramble until cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.

5. If using a smoker, place the cooked eggs in the smoker and smoke for 5-10 minutes. If using a smoking gun, place the eggs in a large bowl and smoke for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a griddle.

7. Divide the smoked eggs and chorizo mixture among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each one.

8. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the eggs.

9. Fold the sides of the tortilla in towards the center, then roll the bottom of the tortilla up over the filling and continue rolling until the burrito is sealed.

10. Serve immediately.
