Shũṭki Machh'er Chorchori (শুঁটকি মা Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 500g Shũṭki Machh (dried fish)
- 2 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 green chilies, slit
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 cup water

Step-by-step instructions:
1. Soak the Shũṭki Machh in water for 30 minutes. Drain and rinse well.

6. Add the fried Shũṭki Machh and potatoes. Mix well.
7. Add water and cover the pan. Cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked.
8. Serve hot with steamed rice.
