Sesame Sikhye Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 1 cup of rice
- 8 cups of water
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup of pine nuts
- 1/4 cup of raisins
- 1/4 cup of sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Rinse the rice and add it to the rice cooker with 8 cups of water. Cook the rice according to the rice cooker instructions.

2. In a blender, blend the sesame seeds until they are finely ground.

3. In a large pot, add the cooked rice and 6 cups of water. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 20 minutes.

8. Chill the liquid in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

9. Serve the chilled sesame sikhye in glasses with ice.
