Selat Solo with Tempeh Recipe

- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 3 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp of tamarind paste
- 2 tbsp of sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of palm sugar
- 1 tsp of salt
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
- 2 lemongrass stalks, bruised
- 200g tempeh, cut into small pieces
- 2 red chilies, sliced
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 2 shallots, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced

1. In a pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
2. Add the shallots and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
