Scamorza and Spinach Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. fresh spinach, washed and chopped
- 1 lb. scamorza cheese, grated
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg

- 4 cups marinara sauce
