Samgak Gimbap Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 3 cups of cooked short-grain rice
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 4 sheets of roasted seaweed
- 1/2 cup of cooked and seasoned spinach
- 1/2 cup of cooked and seasoned carrots
- 1/2 cup of cooked and seasoned bulgogi beef
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

Special equipment needed:
- Samgak Gimbap mold

Step-by-step instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
2. Cut the roasted seaweed sheets in half.
3. Place the Samgak Gimbap mold on a plate and place one seaweed sheet on the bottom of the mold.
4. Add a layer of rice on top of the seaweed and press down firmly.
5. Add a layer of spinach, carrots, and bulgogi beef on top of the rice.
6. Add another layer of rice on top of the vegetables and press down firmly.
7. Add another seaweed sheet on top of the rice and press down firmly.
8. Remove the mold from the plate and wrap the Samgak Gimbap with plastic wrap.
9. Repeat steps 3-8 with the remaining ingredients.
10. In a small mixing bowl, combine the sesame oil and sesame seeds.
11. Cut each Samgak Gimbap in half and brush the sesame oil mixture on top.
12. Serve and enjoy!
