Saison Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 5 lbs. Pilsner malt
- 1 lb. Munich malt
- 1 lb. wheat malt
- 1 oz. Styrian Golding hops (60 min)
- 1 oz. Saaz hops (15 min)
- 1 oz. Saaz hops (5 min)
- 1 oz. coriander seed (5 min)
- 1 oz. orange peel (5 min)
- 1 package Belgian saison yeast
- 5 gallons of water

Special Equipment Needed:
- Mash tun
- Boiling pot
- Fermentation vessel
- Airlock
- Thermometer
- Hydrometer

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Heat 3 gallons of water in the mash tun to 165°F.
2. Add the crushed grains to the mash tun and stir well.
3. Let the mixture rest for 60 minutes at 150°F.
4. Heat 4 gallons of water in the boiling pot to 170°F.
5. Sparge the grains with the hot water, collecting the wort in the boiling pot.
