Qeema Biryani Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 1 kg ground beef (Qeema)
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 2 onions, sliced
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 4 cups water

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Rinse the rice in cold water and soak it for 30 minutes. Drain the water and set aside.

11. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
