Palathalikalu Pachadi Recipe

- 2 cups rice flour
- 1 cup water

- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1 cup yogurt

- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp urad dal

1. In a mixing bowl, add rice flour, salt, and oil. Mix well.

9. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool.
10. In a mixing bowl, add yogurt and salt. Mix well.
11. Add the coconut mixture to the yogurt and mix well.
12. Add the cooked noodles to the yogurt mixture and mix gently.
13. Serve the Palathalikalu Pachadi at room temperature.
