Palathalikalu Biryani Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 2 cups Palathalikalu (rice noodles)
- 1 cup Basmati rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Step-by-step instructions:
1. Soak the Basmati rice in water for 30 minutes.
2. In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat.

12. After 10 minutes, add the cooked Palathalikalu to the pot and mix well.
13. Cover the pot and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
14. Turn off the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
15. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
