Oorgai Payasam Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 cup of jaggery
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of ghee
- 1/4 cup of cashews
- 1/4 cup of raisins
- 1/4 cup of grated coconut
- 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder

Step-by-step instructions:
- Rinse the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
- Drain the water and add the rice to a pressure cooker.
- Add 1 cup of water to the pressure cooker and cook the rice for 3 whistles.
