Mutton Bhatoora Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 500g Mutton, cubed
- 2 cups Basmati Rice
- 2 Onions, finely chopped
- 2 Tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 Green Chillies, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 2 tablespoons Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 2 tablespoons Garam Masala
- 2 tablespoons Cumin Powder
- 2 tablespoons Kasuri Methi
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Mint Leaves, finely chopped

Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker.
2. Add the onions and fry until they are golden brown.
3. Add the ginger-garlic paste and fry for a few minutes.

14. Reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes.
15. Add the coriander leaves and mint leaves and mix well.
16. Serve hot with raita.
