Mushroom Kuzhi Paniyaram Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 1 cup of idli/dosa batter
- 1 cup of chopped mushrooms
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp of ginger paste
- 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp of mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking

Step-by-step instructions:
1. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
2. Once the seeds start to splutter, add finely chopped onion, green chili, and ginger paste. Saute until the onions turn translucent.
3. Add chopped mushrooms, turmeric powder, and salt to taste. Mix well and cook until the mushrooms are tender and all the moisture has evaporated.
4. In a mixing bowl, add idli/dosa batter and the mushroom mixture. Mix well.
5. Heat the Kuzhi Paniyaram pan and add a few drops of oil in each cavity.
6. Pour the batter mixture into each cavity until it's 3/4th full.
7. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
8. Once the bottom turns golden brown, flip the paniyaram using a spoon and cook the other side until it turns golden brown.
9. Repeat the process for the remaining batter.
