Mulkimchi Dumplings Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 1 cup of kimchi, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup of ground pork
- 1/4 cup of chopped scallions
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 20 dumpling wrappers
- Water for boiling

Special equipment needed:
- Large mixing bowl
- Small bowl for dipping sauce
- Steamer basket or pot with lid for boiling dumplings

Step-by-step instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped kimchi, ground pork, chopped scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

2. Take a dumpling wrapper and place a tablespoon of the filling in the center. Dip your finger in water and run it along the edge of the wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half and press the edges together to seal the dumpling. Repeat until all the filling is used up.

3. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Place the dumplings in a steamer basket or directly in the boiling water. If using a steamer basket, steam the dumplings for 10-12 minutes. If boiling, cook the dumplings for 5-7 minutes or until they float to the surface.

4. While the dumplings are cooking, make the dipping sauce by combining 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil in a small bowl.

5. Serve the dumplings hot with the dipping sauce on the side.
