Liang Teh Tofu Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 1 block of firm tofu (14 oz)
- 4 cups of water
- 1/4 cup of dried chrysanthemum flowers

- 1/4 cup of dried goji berries
- 1/4 cup of dried red dates

- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of sesame oil
- 1/4 cup of chopped scallions
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Rinse the tofu and cut it into small cubes. Set aside.
