Lemper Kacang Hijau (Green Bean Lemper) Recipe

- 2 cups glutinous rice
- 1 cup green mung beans, soaked overnight
- 2 cups coconut milk

- 2 pandan leaves
- Banana leaves, cut into 10x10 cm squares

Step-by-step instructions:
1. Rinse the glutinous rice and soak it in water for at least 2 hours.

12. Repeat the process until all the ingredients are used up.
13. Steam the lemper for 30 minutes or until the banana leaves are soft and pliable.
14. Remove the lemper from the steamer and let them cool before serving.
