Instant Pot Ribs Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step-by-step instructions:
1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
2. Mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
