Horse Gram Pulao Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 1 cup horse gram
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 2 onions, sliced

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Wash the horse gram and soak it in water for 4-5 hours.

12. Turn off the flame and let the pressure release naturally.
13. Open the pressure cooker lid and fluff the pulao with a fork.
14. Serve hot with raita or pickle.
