Goetta and Cheese Quesadillas Recipe

- 1 lb. goetta, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

10. Repeat steps 7-9 with the remaining tortillas, cheese, goetta, onion, and green pepper.
11. Cut each quesadilla into quarters and serve hot.
