- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Water
- 1 bunch of collard greens, chopped
- 2 cups of white rice
- 4 cups of water

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Soak the black beans in water overnight.
