Egg Dalcha Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 4 boiled eggs
- 1 cup chana dal (split Bengal gram)
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder

- 2 cups water

12. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
