Doh Samosa Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 package of wonton wrappers

Special equipment needed:
- Large skillet
- Pastry brush
- Deep fryer or large pot for frying

Step-by-step instructions:

1. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté until the onion is translucent.

2. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces with a spatula.

3. Add the cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, and salt to the skillet and stir to combine.

4. Pour in 1/2 cup of water and stir to combine. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the water has evaporated and the mixture is thick.

5. Remove the skillet from the heat and let the mixture cool completely.

6. Preheat your deep fryer or pot of oil to 350°F.

7. Take a wonton wrapper and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.

8. Fold the wrapper in half diagonally to form a triangle. Use a pastry brush to brush the edges of the wrapper with water and press to seal.

9. Repeat with the remaining wonton wrappers and beef mixture.

10. Carefully place the samosas in the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

11. Remove the samosas from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
