Cosacavaddu and Spinach Lasagna Recipe

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound of cosacavaddu cheese, grated
- 1 pound of fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup of ricotta cheese
- 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups of tomato sauce

Step-by-step instructions:

11. Sprinkle a layer of the cosacavaddu and parmesan cheese mixture on top of the spinach.

12. Repeat steps 8-11 until all the ingredients are used up, ending with a layer of the cheese mixture.

13. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

14. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

15. Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before serving.
