Coconut Falooda Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 1 cup vermicelli noodles
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 cup basil seeds
- 1/2 cup rose syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews)
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups cold water

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Cook the vermicelli noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
2. In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk over medium heat. Add the sugar and cardamom powder and stir until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool.
3. In a separate bowl, soak the basil seeds in 2 cups of cold water for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
4. To assemble the falooda, take a tall glass and add a spoonful of rose syrup to the bottom.
5. Add a layer of cooked vermicelli noodles on top of the rose syrup.
6. Add a layer of soaked basil seeds on top of the vermicelli noodles.
7. Add a layer of chopped mixed nuts on top of the basil seeds.
8. Pour the cooled coconut milk mixture over the top of the nuts.
9. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the coconut milk mixture.
10. Drizzle more rose syrup on top of the ice cream.
11. Garnish with more chopped mixed nuts and serve immediately.
