Step-by-step instructions:
1. Pour the sheep's milk into a large pot and heat it over medium heat until it reaches 180°F.
2. Once the milk has reached the desired temperature, remove it from the heat and let it cool to 120°F.
3. Add the salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, caraway seeds, marjoram, thyme, rosemary, and oregano to the milk and stir well.

7. Gather the corners of the cheesecloth and tie them together to form a ball.
8. Hang the ball of cheese in a cool, dry place for 24 hours to allow it to dry and firm up.
9. After 24 hours, remove the cheese from the cheesecloth and serve.
