Chocolate Modak Recipe

6. Grease the modak moulds with ghee.
7. Take a small portion of the mixture and fill the modak moulds. Press gently to shape them.
8. Remove the modak from the moulds and repeat the process with the remaining mixture.
9. Chocolate modak is ready to serve.
