Caycay Nachos Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of diced red onion
- 1/4 cup of diced jalapenos

- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step-by-step instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
