Carrot Masala Dosa Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 2 cups of white rice
- 1 cup of urad dal

- 2 tablespoons of coriander powder
- 2 tablespoons of garam masala
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Salt to taste
