Cardamom Adhirasam Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 2 cups rice flour
- 1 cup jaggery
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup water
- Oil for frying

Step-by-step instructions:

1. In a heavy-bottomed pan, melt the jaggery with water over medium heat. Stir continuously until the jaggery dissolves completely.

13. Remove the adhirasam from the oil using a slotted spoon and place it on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
14. Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
15. Allow the adhirasam to cool down completely before serving.
