- 2 cups of jowar/sorghum flour
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds

- 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1/2 cup of finely chopped capsicum
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped curry leaves
- 1/2 cup of water

- A large bowl
- A rolling pin
- A tawa/griddle

Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the jowar/sorghum flour, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
