Buntil Jagung (Corn Buntil) Recipe

- 2 cups fresh corn kernels
- 1 cup grated coconut

- 2 shallots, minced

- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp tamarind juice

- 10 banana leaves

1. In a blender or food processor, blend the corn kernels until smooth.

9. Steam the buntils for 15-20 minutes.
