Bangude Masala Rice Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 2 medium-sized mackerel fish (cleaned and cut into pieces)
- 2 onions (finely chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
- Water as required

Step-by-step instructions:
1. Rinse the rice in water and soak it for 30 minutes.
