Banana Modak Recipe

Ingredients with Measurements:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup grated jaggery
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp ghee
- A pinch of salt

Step-by-step instructions:
1. In a pan, roast the rice flour until it turns light brown. Keep it aside.
2. In another pan, heat ghee and add grated coconut. Roast it until it turns golden brown.
3. Add grated jaggery to the coconut and mix well. Cook until the jaggery melts and the mixture thickens.
4. Add mashed bananas, cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the roasted rice flour to the mixture and mix well. Turn off the heat.
6. Add water little by little and knead the mixture into a smooth dough.
7. Grease the modak mould with ghee.
8. Take a small portion of the dough and fill it in the mould. Press it gently and remove the excess dough.
9. Open the mould and take out the modak carefully.
10. Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
