Ingredients with Measurements:
- 1 cup chopped mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, potatoes, pumpkin, drumstick)
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1 green chili
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp urad dal
- 1/2 tsp chana dal
- 1/4 tsp asafoetida
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- 2 cups water

1. In a blender, grind the grated coconut, green chili, and cumin seeds to a fine paste.

6. Add salt to taste and let the Avial Sambar simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
