CONTROLS:
• The touchpad controls are very stylish and modern looking. They are situated in the upper central panel and are clearly visible and very easy to read from a distance. They have a distinctive, clear, blue LED digital display and are very modern in appearance.
CAPACITY:
• Featuring a 4.2 cu.ft. capacity, this single electric wall oven is both compact and yet suitable for cooking multiple dishes as there are THREE large adjustable racks, with a selection of FOUR different position choices.
INTERIOR:
• The interior of the oven is viewed through a very large tempered glass window, which gives great visibility, without the need to open the door of the oven. The interior is well lit with halogen lighting.
FAN CONVECTION:
• Meals are cooked faster and more efficiently, while the juices in roasts are retained, due to the function of the convection fan. There is also the addition of a THIRD heating element. Convection cooking bakes and browns your dishes evenly and prevents the temperature fluctuations, often associated with more conventional ovens.
SELF CLEANING:
• Gone is the messy chore of scrubbing your electric wall oven as this model has a self-cleaning feature. Even the racks can be safely left in the oven during the cleaning cycle, as the heavy-duty handles are porcelain, which will not be damaged or discoloured.
