CONTROLS:
• This Kenmore single convection oven has sturdy knobs, which are turned manually and gives the oven a traditional and professional look. The knobs allow very accurate temperature control and are invaluable when precise temperatures are required. The oven is illuminated with a bright halogen light for easy visibility and it is times with a digital clock.
CAPACITY:
• This single oven has a large capacity of 4.2 cu.ft. which enables you to cook a wide range of food at one time, thus saving fuel and time. There are THREE good size oven racks, with the option of many different rack positions, which contributes to improved cooking results.
CONVECTION:
• This convection oven has a variable speed fan, which gives even greater control over your cooking. Kenmore calls this “The Ultimate Cooking Experience.”
• In addition to the variable speed convection fan there is also a third heating element. This combination ensures a quicker cooking time, evenly baked dishes and beautifully browned food. It also eliminates temperature fluctuations that are often associated with more conventional ovens.
SAFETY LOCKOUTS:
