The HBL5660UC is a 30 inch double electric wall oven manufactured by Bosch that is packed with outstanding features as well as great design. With the upper oven having convection options, so many cooking possibilities can be done with this multifunctional oven. The 14 cooking modes available are just a start, as the control panel also has ergonomic retractable dials with glass touch controls, making the oven very sleek and convenient to use. Other additional features like Sabbath Mode and Meat Probe make this model a must-buy.

Interior Features

The oven contains interior features that only enhance the entire cooking experience. There are 5 standard racks in this oven, 3 on the upper oven and 2 on the lower one, allowing for a lot of preparations to be done simultaneously without hassles, saving a lot of time and energy. The rack supports have self cleaning capacity and are made of porcelain, as with the broil pan. There are 2 lighting elements per cavity, allowing the user to really see what’s going on in each oven when they are in use.

The cooking elements have also been designed to add convenience and features to the oven. The concealed bake element and recessed 10 pass broil element do not obstruct the capacity of the oven, as well as making wiping and cleaning hassle-free.

The overall oven capacity of 4.7 cubic feet on both the upper and lower ovens provide so much space for all your cooking needs.

The oven has a flush-to-cabinet design makes the oven easy to install, as it is easier to blend it with the rest of the kitchen’s design.

The ergonomic retractable dials found in the control panel, located at the upper portion of the oven, are easy to clean and easy to handle too. No awkward turning, no greasy knob and no guesswork on how to operate the dials.

The amber-colored full text display shows the user everything he or she needs to know about what’s cooking inside the oven. Temperatures, cooking mode used and remaining time are all displayed for the user’s information and convenience.

The door windows of both the upper and lower ovens have been designed large enough for the user to really see what’s going on inside the ovens while they are in use. No need to open the ovens just to see what’s cooking.
