Advantages

The features that have been phased out in some double ovens of Bosch, like Sabbath Mode and Recipe Mode, are back in this model. Additional thermal cooking modes are available in the lower oven. This double oven has a wide array of cooking modes that have been absent even in some Bosch double oven models like Genuine European Convection, Speed Convection, and Fast Preheat. Fourteen specialized cooking modes are actually present in this model.

Disadvantages

Double ovens are already known to be quite pricey, but this model, with its additional features that are only found in Bosch combination ovens, is doubly expensive. You would need to expect a larger electricity bill with the use of this double oven. The black over white color tone of the oven gives it an ambiguous appearance, almost like it doesn’t look like an appliance for a kitchen at all.
