As with all other Bosch ovens, the HBL3360UC is a product from Bosch that delivers in both style and function. This 30 inch electric wall oven has more or less all the bells and whistles we’ve come o expect from a Bosch single oven - 4 cooking modes, glass touch and knob controls, which may not seem a lot, but it as with all Bosch ovens, promises performance that would only be paralleled by only a few other oven brands in the market.

Interior Features

From the moment you open the HBL3360UC, you will already notice the deep, huge cavity. That cavity actually measures 4.7 cubic feet, one of the largest overall oven capacities of any oven in the market these days. With an interior cavity that big, who would still worry about having to fitting oversized casseroles, or even a huge turkey to bake during the holidays? Yes, it can fit here.

The cooking elements have been designed for three things: safety, convenience in cleaning and added capacity. The 10 pass recessed broil element and concealed bake element are designed in such a way that they would not obstruct you from cleaning the cavity surfaces. Moreover, they also do not obstruct from you getting the full 4.7 cubic feet capacity.

The shelving and dividing features of the oven’s interior are quite standard but has the user in mind. The self clean rack supports are made of porcelain. The oven is also equipped with two standard racks and one oven light for the user to arrange what will be cooked properly and see what’s inside without hassle, even in the middle of cooking.

Exterior Features

The all black exterior of the oven gives it a very sleek yet mysterious look. This will surely lend your kitchen a very elegant appearance.

The controls are also neatly presented on the upper portion of the door. The ergonomic dials combined with touch control on glass and an amber-colored display give the user convenience in operation and peace of mind in informing cooking time left and temperatures.

The large window door also allows the user to look through what's going on inside the oven when it is in use.

Advantages

There are 4 cooking modes: bake, broil, roast and warm. Sanitary concerns can be erased with the 2 hour self-clean cycle, a patented Bosch feature. Not only will your oven be clean, it will be more efficient and safer as well.

Disadvantages

The unit is a tad expensive considering the features that it has. The cooking modes are limited to four, which is not a lot compared to the other ovens. The cost of operating this appliance which runs on electricity can be off-putting for some users.
